Supporting Community Resilience and Readiness 

• Purpose: The East Clallam County CERT Association (ECCCA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to soliciting, managing, and disbursing charitable contributions to support local CERT volunteers.

• Support: We provide essential equipment, supplies, and services to CERT volunteers assisting Clallam County Fire District 3 (FD3) and other public safety agencies.

• Legal Standing: We operate as an unincorporated association organized exclusively for charitable purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code.
